Group consultation involves 12, 1-hour group consultation meetings offered twice a month via videoconferencing with a group of 3-5 providers from the same organization and an Project ImPACT Trainer Consultant. Group consultation meetings are conducted via videoconferencing and involve feedback on case presentations, video review, problem-solving around difficult cases, peer supervision strategies, and group discussion of implementation issues. Providers receiving group consultation must also submit 3 videos of themselves implementing key components of the Project ImPACT curriculum to be scored for fidelity of implementation. The cost of group supervision is $2000 per provider for the group consultation meetings and video review for fidelity. If the provider does not achieve fidelity, they may submit additional video for review at $250 per video until fidelity is achieved.
